Peter Rosalita from Abu Dhabi, UAE, of America’s Got Talent season 16 fame, was only 10 years old at the time of audition. It was an instant hit with both the judges and the audience. Peter Rosalita, Filipino, was born and raised in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. He is the only child of his father Ruel, a chef, and mother Vilma, a cashier. Petar has been singing since the age of 6 and his parents have always supported him. Peter, 12, took to Instagram to announce his return to America’s Got Talent: All Stars 2023.

Rosalita sang Celine Dion’s All by Myself at rehearsals, and his skill wowed the judges. While everyone applauded him, the young participant said he was shocked to hear his own voice because he was so nervous during the performance. According to judge Howie Mendel, Rosalita will go far in this competition but “Mariah should watch out”, according to Heidi Klum. Simon Cowell said the high notes gave him chills and added:
“You have a wonderful voice. Great personality. An amazing amount of energy. After this audition, everyone will fall in love with you.”
The boy has received a lot of support from the public and even celebrities like Celine Dion, who shared his audition video and wrote “Bravo” next to it. Peter Rosalita’s performance in America’s Got Talent Season 16 was excellent. The judges applauded him as he performed Whitney Houston’s I Have Nothing. Klum says she admires Houston and he would make her proud.
Rosalita started the show’s semi-final with Mariah Carey’s “Without You”, despite a glitch at the beginning. When he heard the song, Cowell felt sad thinking about his baby. However, his adventure ended in the AGT semi-finals when he failed to collect enough votes to make it to the finals. After being kicked out of the show, Peter Rosalita expressed his disappointment, but like any other 10-year-old, he went back to his hotel room and played computer games. He also expressed his feelings to The National, saying:
“I was amazed because I gave my best in every performance and I received a great response from all the judges and the audience and I [still] remove. But I’m glad I had the opportunity to have that experience.”

Peter Rosalita’s parents are aware of his tendency because he prefers watching cartoons with music. When he was six years old, he performed in Indywood Talent Hunt. In January 2021, the young singer made his solo debut at La Mere Dubai. He is a member of Dubai Expo 2020 and won Burjuman Mall’s Rising Star 2019. Peter Rosalita was also asked to sing Never Enough by Loren Allred on The Ellen DeGeneres Show.
On January 2, America’s Got Talent: All Stars 2023 debuted on NBC. Simon Cowell, Heidi Klum and Howie Mandel return as judges, while Terry Crews hosts. The Bello Sisters’ acrobatic performance opened the grand opening, followed by nine additional performances from AGT’s Greatest Shows of All Time. Howie Mandel had the opportunity to present one of the shows with the Golden Buzzer. He picked The Balance Kids and placed them in the final round because he was moved by their performance.
