Linda Yaccarino – Early Life

Born on November 27, 1963, Linda Yaccarino grew up in Deer Park, New York. Linda Yaccarino is of Italian descent. The woman completed her bachelor’s degree at the Donad P. Bessisario College of Communication, Pennsylvania State University. The new CEO of Twitter has a degree in telecommunications and graduated in 1985.

Linda Yaccarino- Career
For a long time of 15 years, Linda Yaccarino has worked at Turner Entertainment. There, she became executive vice president along with the executive director of advertising sales. At Turner Entertainment, Linda Yaccarino played a key role in designing turnkey marketing and advertising solutions.
In October 2011, Linda Yaccarino began her journey with NBCUniversal. She served as an advertising sales manager at NBCUniversal. The woman contributed greatly to the birth of Peacock
Next, Linda Yaccarino joined the Advertising Council in 2014. In 2018, President Donald Trump appointed Linda Yaccarino to the President’s Council on Sports, Fitness, and Nutrition.
In January 2021, Linda Yaccarino became the chairman of the board of the Ad Council. She continues to serve as president until June 30, 2022. During this term, Linda Yaccarino joined hands with the Biden administration in 2021 to launch the coronavirus vaccine campaign alongside Pope Francis. Linda Yaccarino also became Chair of the Working Group on the Future of Work of the World Economic Forum (WEF).

Joe Benarroch announced via a LinkedIn post that he will be working on the business operations at the company. “I look forward to bringing my experience to Twitter and working with the entire team to build Twitter 2.0 together.” said the man. Before joining Twitter, Joe Benarroch worked with giants like Instagram and Meta.
While Twitter welcomes the return of Linda Yaccarino and Joe Benarroch, head of trust and security, Ella Irwin has resigned from that role. Ella Irwin is in charge of content moderation on Twitter. To clear up any misunderstandings, she tweeted, “I quit, but this is a once in a lifetime experience and I’m so grateful to have worked with this amazing team of passionate people, This creative and hardworking. You’ll all be cheered on by Twitter along the way!”

Linda Yaccarino has officially announced her CEO position by updating her LinkedIn profile to Twitter CEO. In the post, she wrote: “I am happy to share with you that I am starting a new position as CEO at Twitter. I have long been inspired by Elon Musk’s vision of creating a brighter future. Now I’m excited to help bring that vision to Twitter and transform the business together. People’s feedback is IMPORTANT to the future of Twitter. And I’m here for all of that. Let’s continue the conversation and build Twitter 2.0 together!” Linda Yaccarino lives with her husband Claude Madraz and two children in Sea Cliff, New York.
