Career
Since he was little he was strongly influenced by electronic music and synthesizers, and Depeche Mode, Alphaville or Everything But the Girl were his main playlist. At the age of 15 he formed his first band, The Bronx Avenue. Bronx Avenue performed throughout Slovakia in various live shows.
After 3 years, he founded the band MM Flames with Maros Maske. The two were united by their love of house music. They became permanent residents of the most famous house music club in Bratislava, Bokashio.
Both performed live every Friday. In 1993 MM Flames was considered the number one local music group in Slovakia. After this success, Michael left for Israel for a long time. This eventually led to the breakup of the band.
MM Flames got together in 1997 when they formed a side project called Heaven Street Seven. They signed to BMG Ariola, Slovakia and released their debut singles “Get Me” and “Like a Rain”. Both songs became dance hits on Slovak radio and in clubs. In 2003 the band released a special “Bottom Line Amsterdam” demo CD. He had a successful tour of Slovak clubs and collaborated with other musicians and singers.
In 2004, both members decided to go their separate ways. Michael took a break from composing music for 4 years. During that time he performed as a DJ under his own label “House of Pressburg” or “DJev”. In 2008, Michael decided to return to composing as a solo artist.
