A fellow Hogwarts student you’ll meet as you play Hogwarts Legacy It’s Adelaide Oaks. They are desperate to find out what happened to their uncle, Rowland Oakes, and they will lead you to solve the mystery. This quest called “The Story of Rowland Oaks” is one of the dumbest in the game. If you only have a vague map and a series of directions, it’s easy to get stuck. Fortunately, we have used our magic to reveal to you the path to follow to complete this quest.
How to use Rowland’s map to follow his trail
After beginning your quest and picking up the abandoned camp map, you’re left with nothing but vague scribbles to guide you where you intended to go.
Step 1 – Summon your broom and take off.
Step 2: Head southwest and follow the river. Looking at your map, you will be aiming for the Floo Flame Korrow Ruins marker.
Step 3: When you reach the Korrow Ruins Floo Llama location, you will access the Castle Bandit Camp dungeon, just north of the llama.
Step 4 – This will trigger the quest to begin the next step, which is entering the goblin outpost.
Step 5 – Enter the area and follow the remaining steps to complete the mission.
