DIY fanatics are raving about these £14 Dunelm stick-on floor tiles which are sprucing up even the dullest bathrooms

AS much as we’d love to transform our damp dingy bathrooms into a stunning en-suite at a moment’s notice, there’s no denying renovations can be pricey and time-consuming investments.

That said, one woman has revealed how she spruced up her bathroom using some very affordable stick-on tiles – and they certainly don’t look cheap.

Posting on the Facebook group Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK, the woman shared a photo of what her bathroom looked before starting the work.

She wrote: “New bathroom flooring after I ruined mine with varnish painting the door when we moved in.”

The savvy shopper bought two packs of the stick-on floor tiles for £14 each in Dunelm.

Swapping her ordinary tiles for the pretty black-and-white swirl design, the woman stuck the Dunelm vinyl straight onto the floor without the need for any other tools. Genius.

Sharing a photo of her chic new tiles after they were all laid down, other members of the group couldn’t believe the floor hadn’t been professionally finished.

She then covered the mint green walls with some white paint to avoid detracting from her statement tiles.

Flooding the post with praise, one fellow DIY fan commented: “You’ve done such a good job of that room.”

Another gushed: “It looks great. Makes the space look bigger.”

Meanwhile, a third pondered: “Looks so good… you’re tempting me to do this in our en suite where we have a gross laminate tile down.”
