CJ Harris’s singing career began when he auditioned for American Idol for the second time.
CJ Harris was born in Jasper, Alabama on January 28, 1991. He auditioned for American Idol 2010 as a self-taught singer, but failed his first try. He then applied for X-Factor and The Voice, but was turned down. Harris auditioned for American Idol a second time in 2014.
