Below Deck Adventure, Bravo’s latest show, is designed to bring new faces to fans of the franchise. Jessica Condy will join the crew of the Mercury yacht as a chef. The upcoming series, like the rest of Under the Deck, boasts a compelling cast, including captain, chef, head chef, bosun, etc. According to her profile on Bravo, Jessica , alias Jess, is also a qualified nutrition coach.

Jessica Condy discovered her passion for cooking at the age of 12. The chef was born in Cape Town, South Africa and currently lives in Santa Monica, California. Jess qualified as a Professional Chef at Ballymaloe Culinary School and previously earned a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of South Africa. She is not only a trained nutritionist but also a yoga instructor and health coach.
Prior to joining the Mercury crew, she worked as a full-fledged personal chef on numerous private yachts. Jess is also the creator of Chemistry in the Kitchen, a catering company in Spain, and Wild Wanderlust Wellness, a lifestyle brand in Santa Monica. Jessica seems to be a positivist and spiritual girl based on her Instagram. Most of her Instagram photos have sweeping captions with well-meaning sentiments. She encourages positivity through her own podcast, Finding the Recipe for You.
In addition to all her talents and interests, Jess is also working on a book called The Chef’s Galley: Diary of a Gourmet Goddess. In the meantime, she can be seen on Bravo’s under-deck adventure, winning the hearts of charter passengers.

The Under-Deck Yacht comes first, followed by the Under-Deck Cruise, the Mediterranean Under-Deck Cruise and the Under-Deck Sailboat Cruise.
