Season 21 of American Idol recently returned to ABC, and fans were glued to their screens every Sunday night. The second season of the series will air on February 26, 2023 at 8:00 p.m. ET/ 7:00 p.m. CT. The popular reality TV series will present fans with new ambitious candidates who will come in in the hope of dazzled the judges and won the golden ticket to Hollywood. Caroline Kole, who recently appeared on NBC’s Songland, is one such candidate. Now she’s on American Idol, trying to win the competition this season, which will air exclusively on ABC.
Who is Caroline Cole?
Caroline was born in the summer of 1997. She is a musician, singer and composer. Suite Caroline was her first stage nickname. Although she was born in Houston, Texas, she is from Tampa Bay, Florida and currently resides in Nashville, Tennessee. She temporarily attended the private St. Paul’s, where she played volleyball. Caroline started her musical journey when she was 10 years old. She started playing in the Country Music Association when she was 14 years old. She released her first five-song CD and toured with Reba McEntire in 2013. The world tour lasted for two.
Caroline gave an exclusive chat to the Tampa Bay Times ahead of the American Idol premiere, where she talked about the show.
“When I was a kid, I saw the show and my first gig was Kelly Clarkson at Ruth Eckerd Hall.”
Caroline revealed the following about the tune she composed for the documentary:
“I love the Clearwater Maritime Museum, CMA for short. It took me a while to get used to it when I first moved to Nashville because CMA stands for Country Music Association.”

American Idol season 21 will be hosted by Ryan Seacrest and the judges will include Lionel Richie, Luke Bryan and Katy Perry. The show follows the same structure as previous seasons. The season started with auditions in which the selected candidates won the golden ticket to Hollywood. Contestants who pass Hollywood Week will enter the Performance Round. They then proceed to the Top 24, where the contestants who passed this round perform live.

Once the live performance begins, the judges will have no influence on the outcome. Supporters will vote from home for their favorite candidate to stay in the race.
