Season 21 of the popular reality competition series American Idol will premiere a new show on ABC on Sunday, February 26, 2023, at 8:00 p.m. ET. It will follow Aiden Adair and the other contenders as they compete in the second round of tryouts for a Gold or Silver Ticket to Hollywood Week. Aiden Adair is a chef at a nursing home in Charleston and will compete in the second episode of American Idol. The 19-year-old artist was motivated to join the challenge after being recommended and encouraged by TikTok fans to do so. His audition was held in Nashville. American Idol Season 21 contestant Aidan was born in Pennsylvania and moved to Clover at the age of 6. Aiden has always loved performing and has been a member of several school choirs since an early age. The client told The Post and Courier in Columbia that all he could do was sing:
“Without a job, I decided to perform… and I sang tenor in the choir. “I was comfortable in my own skin and from an early age, I realized that I was myself. there’s something.”
Aiden spent her senior year of high school online, underwent a physical change, and began composing songs during the outbreak. The singer is also a guitarist and pianist. The American Idol winner recently moved to Charleston and now works as a chef. He also has a strong presence on TikTok, with more than 356,000 fans and over eight million views. In his spare time, he enjoys other activities such as fighting and exercising.
Aiden told The Herald that he grew up watching the reality show and remembers about its former students, including season 10 winners Scotty McCreery and Phillip Phillips, who won the following season. He admits that he dreads his test, but he doesn’t want to regret it:
“I felt it was a good opportunity for me to take, and I would be foolish not to do so. I decided to dedicate my existence to just doing the things I like with the people around me.
Aiden told the source that he plans to believe in himself and pursue singing regardless of whether others advise him to go to college or pursue a career. The performer says that he has only one existence and that he will do whatever makes him happy. While he didn’t say much about the interview, he said it was an eye-opening experience.
Aiden teased his American Idol audition saying:
“There’s a lot of things. I’m very reserved and withdrawn, so this is definitely out of my comfort zone.”
The performer has over 600 fans on Instagram, which is sure to grow as viewers see his prowess on the show. Fans will have to wait and see if they get through and make it to Hollywood Week.
