Jermaine Dupri founded the R&B quintet Xscape and quickly added the next group to his new label, So So Def Recordings. She won two Soul Train Music Awards as part of the group, including the A-Town Music Award for Best Duo/Uniform, Best New R&B Artist, and Album Best R&B.
