Jennie was surprised when her son discovered the creature under her bed. “He didn’t seem scared at all – I was impressed,” Jennie said.
Jenny goes to her son’s room to investigate a mysterious noise and discovers that the “monster” is actually their rescue cat, Rachel. Jennie knew she had to take Rachel home when she saw she was a little kitten.
“Even then, I could really tell that she had a special personality, and we immediately connected.” Rachel is good friends with Jennie’s two young children.
The cat is always with them, whether it passes by their stroller on a walk or cuddles them in the room. “She’s like their little sister,” explains Jenny.
“They’re brothers and sisters.” Rachel spends most of the evenings in bed with them.
However, she decided to explore the bed and got stuck between the bed frame and the plastic cover. The hairy creature was running around under the hot spring, looking for a way out.
“We all laughed when I looked down and saw Rachel,” Jennie said. “We still don’t know how she got it.”
