Pledis Entertainment has revealed details of BooSeokSoon’s long-awaited comeback on January 12. According to their Weverse post, the group’s debut album, SECOND WIND, will be released on February 6. at 18:00 KST. The album will also be available in physical form, with pre-orders starting January 13 at 11 a.m. KST.
BooSeokSoon is a sub-unit of SEVENTEEN consisting of members Seungkwan, DK and Hoshi. The unit’s name is a combination of their real names: Boo Seung-kwan, Lee Seok-min and Kwon Soon-young, also known as BSS. The three of them are recognized for their crazy energy as well as the humorous situations they create together. Also, to mark the release of BSS’s first album, their management company held a unique offline event on February 12 at 8 p.m. KST titled SEVENTEEN BSS’s RUNNING TIME: Run to Andromeda.

The event will feature three SEVENTEEN members as MCs, DK, Seungkwan and Hoshi, who will lead the commentary and show off their smart hosting talents. BooSeokSoon will also perform his upcoming title single live in front of fans. However, due to the limitations of offline events, there are certain criteria for those who wish to participate.

As with other K-pop event entries, there are some prerequisites and ways to complete to apply for this BooSeokSoon event. Anyone who purchased one or more recordings of BSS SECOND WIND from Weverse Shop GLOBAL between January 13 and February 5 may be eligible for the event. There will be 330 winners selected at random from the pool of entries and they will be revealed on February 7 at 14:00 KST. All registrants must have a Weverse account, and event registration and album purchases must be made with the same account.
The number of albums ordered from Weverse Shop GLOBAL increases an individual’s chance of participating in the event, as purchases made through other sites are not eligible for the same. If a person cancels their record purchase after submitting an event entry, their access to the event will be considered invalid. Event winners are not allowed to transfer or sell their tickets to others. If identified, the participant will be banned from participating not only in this event but also in all future SEVENTEEN activities. BooSeokSoo’s next physical album will have only one version, which includes the following items:
Outgoing letters, picture books, CDs, song books, photo cards (2/6 random), habit trackers (1/3 random), BSS cards (1/3 random), stickers and folding posters .
Finally, BooSeokSoon’s album will include a card holder with its own set of features such as a card holder, selfie photo cards (2/6 random, 3 variations with 2 photo variations each) and instructions for use. Additionally, depending on the medium/location used to purchase the recording, each album pre-order has its own set of benefits. After the release of BooSeok’s album, SEVENTEEN started promoting by updating their social media account titles and profile pictures to reflect SECOND WIND’s color scheme.
