Kerala Schools and Colleges Closed: Colleges in Kerala will remain closed on July 5, 2023 due to heavy rains in various parts of the state. All educational institutions, including vocational colleges, will be closed tomorrow in Ernakulam district due to heavy rain.

Schools in Ernakulam and Allapuzha districts were also closed today due to heavy rain hitting the area. According to the Indian Meteorological Department, a red alert has been issued for Idukki and Kannur districts, while an orange alert has been issued for all districts of the state.

Students and professors have been notified of the closure of educational institutions, and in the event of further announcements for schools in other cities, officials will notify them.

Schools closed today in Kerala

Schools in Kerala’s Ernakulam and Alappuzha districts are closed today, July 4, 2023, due to heavy rain. While Idukki and Kannur districts are on red alert, orange warnings have been issued for all other districts.

Colleges and other educational institutions have also closed today. Schools in Kasargod district have also declared a holiday while colleges remain open. According to the report, officials will soon release more updates on the reopening of schools. Parents and students should contact schools for regular updates.

CBSE, ICSE and Kendriya Vidyalaya schools as well as other educational institutions have also announced their closure.
