NCrF NEP 2020, NRF sets the standard for global education
National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 has introduced several innovative initiatives, such as the National Credit Framework (NCrF) and the National Research Fund (NRF). According to Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, these initiatives are expected to set a benchmark for the world, especially the Southern Hemisphere.
Pradhan said this at the closing ceremony of the two-day Visitor Conference in New Delhi on Tuesday. The conference focused on the theme “Education for Sustainable Development: Building a Better World”. During the second day, five different groups engaged in discussion sessions on sub-topics including contribution to the realization of NEP 2020, internationalization and G-20 efforts, contribution and recognition research, diversity, equity, inclusion and well-being, as well as plans and action items for Amrit Kaal.

NCrF is a flexible framework that allows students to earn points for a variety of learning experiences, both in and out of the classroom.
