In May 2021, GQ Barber Shop owner Kendell Jerome Cook was apparently fatally shot while another man was wounded at his shop in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. Michael was reportedly the one with the gun and fired when the personal conflict escalated. Reports also indicate that Michael had threatened the owner several months prior to the shooting.

Six months later, Michael was arrested for the first time on a completely different matter, and when the police scanned his fingerprints, he was on the “most wanted” list.

According to CNN, authorities said he tried to give officers a false name and was caught with a loaded gun, drugs and three fake IDs.

Last we checked, Michael was in custody in Florida, where he is facing local charges.

For those who want to know more about the victim, Kendell Jerome Cook was a native of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania who was murdered on May 22, 2021. He was 39 years old at the time and operated his GQ III barbershop in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. He is survived by his sons Darius Allen Hollman and Keyvon Louis Cook and his daughter Kaymani Marie Cook.
