We used to drive on the weekends to look at houses just because it was free. And it was like, ‘Look, why don’t we become real estate agents again? We love this!’ So we started doing that and slowly got out of our hole.”
In a 24-month period, the two brothers sold close to $500 million worth of residential real estate.
