Sixteen contestants from across the country came together for a chance to win a whopping $1 million on Netflix’s Outlast. Their goal was to “outlive” each other and conquer the Alaskan wilderness. But there is a twist, the participants were not allowed to do it alone. According to the rules, each of these lone wolves must be part of a team to win, which also means egos are sure to clash.
So our star, Jill Ashlock, joined Alpha Camp and did everything she could to help her team get to the top. In the group she got along well with Amber Asay and Lee Ettinger. But unfortunately, Lee had to leave the show, which made Jill feel like it was the fault of those who left before him, as she could have encouraged her co-star to do the same.
However, he had Amber by his side, who even became his accomplice when they sabotaged the other Delta team members. In case you missed it, the duo were frustrated that their team was behind on building a raft and procuring crab pots from a river island. So they decided to walk the distance and ford the river at low tide, which increased tensions between the girls and Justin. After that, the two took advantage of the drop in morale at Camps Charlie and Delta and stole all of Camp Delta’s sleeping bags.
Later, as Camps Alpha and Charlie were the only ones left, the latter approached Jill asking her to come over to them. But even though he would be beneficial to her, he simply couldn’t leave Amber behind, whom he considered her “spirit sister” and turned down her offer.
In the end, Charlie Camp won and Alpha Camp came in second.
