Dunsparce will learn Hyper Drill at level 32. If you have to learn Hyper Drill, it will evolve into Dudunspare the next time it levels up.
If you skip a previous Dunsparce Hyper Drill tutorial, you can always relearn it on the Verification Summary page. Once you teach Dunsparce the Hyper Drill, it will evolve the next time he levels up, regardless of what level he is at.
How to get Dudunspare of three segments

Step 3 – Since both parents know the moves of Hyper Drill, any newborn Dunspar you get from the egg should know Hyper Drill at level 1. This way, all you have to do is level them up to level 2 ( this should only take one auto battle or XS XP candy) to evolve them.
This doesn’t increase your chances of getting a three-segment Dudunspare, but it’s the fastest way to try to get one.
