In December 2021, a board-certified surgeon voluntarily dismissed the complaint without prejudice, effectively ending any further discussion of it.
A “BBL specialist” sued Kyla Neirenburg for $30,000 in August of that year after she claimed in a Google review that her “happy patients” “don’t exist.” This objection was also won page six. A patient seeking information about Dr. Zachary’s services should check out her RealSelf reviews, according to the reviewer, as the good ones on Google are likely “fake” and “written by staff or friends of hers.”
