Model Christy Giles said she was partying with a friend and heading to an industrial area in East Los Angeles, where a frenzy was going on in her last text message to her husband before her death.

The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office has charged 40-year-old Hollywood producer and club promoter David Pearce with murdering women. The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner’s Office ruled both deaths to be homicide.

District Attorney George Gascón formally announced the murder charges on Tuesday, and charged Pearce with multiple counts of sexual assault in unrelated cases. According to Gascón, seven more women have come forward accusing the producer and party organizer of sexually assaulting them between 2010 and 2021. Prosecutors have warned that there may be more women out there. and call for any potential victims to come forward.

Pearce was also charged with two counts of offering to sell controlled drugs to Giles and Cabrales-Arzola. If convicted on all counts, Gascón said he could face up to 120 years in prison.

Since December, Pearce has been in custody and is being released on $3.4 million bail after being accused of raping four different women in unrelated incidents.

Cilliers told The Post on Tuesday: “I am overjoyed that the wheel of justice has begun to spin. However, since Christy will never return, there can be no real justice in this case.
