Carey Mulligan, an English actress, is pregnant with her third child with her musician husband Marcus Mumford. People magazine said on January 14 that a spokesman for the 37-year-old singer confirmed the news to the newspaper. Mulligan showed off her baby bump on the red carpet at the AFI Awards in Los Angeles on January 13 for her film She Said. The actress wore a tight black dress with hooded sleeves for the occasion and posed with co-star Zoe Kazan. Carey and Marcus have two children, Evelyn Grace Mumford and Wilfred Mumford.

Carey Mulligan and Marcus Mumford’s Relationship
Mulligan and Marcus Mumford first met when she was 12 years old, according to Vogue. Although the couple keep their relationship private, the 35-year-old artist said they met at a Christian youth camp and later became friends by letter.
Mumford noted in an interview with GQ Magazine:
“There’s a picture of us during our first summer together, and I have bleached blonde hair.”
They lost touch, but Carey Mulligan admitted to The Telegraph (via Bustle) that she treasured the letters.
“Holding someone’s love letter, knowing you can keep it for the rest of your life, is a wonderful thing.”
According to the Daily Mail, the two reconciled in February 2011 during a Mumford & Sons concert in Nashville. The source then revealed:
“She was sitting in the front row, and when Marcus sang he was staring at Carey, who was blushing. Obviously they have a chemical reaction.”
The incident happened just a few months after the actress broke up with her boyfriend Shia LaBeouf. Mulligan was later seen attending a performance by the group at St Magnus’ Church in the UK, where they were photographed kissing and hugging in public.

In 2015, it was announced that the couple were expecting their first child. They had a daughter, Evelyn Grace, in September of that year, but they didn’t reveal much about her.
Mulligan was photographed wearing a baggy black shirt in public in June 2017, sparking speculation that she was expecting a second child. Their son Wilfred was born two months later. Although the couple wanted to keep their relationship private, they have made numerous red carpet appearances over the years.
