RuPaul’s Drag Race has a “Pit Crew” to help them with the Mini and Maxi challenges. They are always half-naked and oiled-up eye candy, which all the queens stare at. But they’re not just on show to tip the cart of unconventional materials for a design challenge. The crew also plays and performs along with the queens. That’s how they became an integral part of the Emmy-winning reality competition show.
Fortunately for Asaf Goren, he was cast as one of five Pit Crew on RuPaul’s Drag Race Season 11 and appeared on the show for over 4 seasons.
