Martell Holt is an American author, entrepreneur, homebuilder, co-founder, and owner of Holt & Holt Entrepreneurship alongside ex-wife Melody Holt, and currently cast on OWN’sreality series Love & Marriage: Huntsville together with his ex-wife Melody Holt.

Holt’s native home is in Huntsville, Alabama, the United States as this is where he was born and brought up. He attended S.R. Butler High School where he graduated proudly and later on, he joined Alabama Agricultural and Mechanical University where he graduated in 2008, with a bachelor’s degree in Education. Later on, he began his teaching career at Sparkman Middle School in 2008 where he worked for two years.
Later on, in December 2010, he gave up his teaching career to begin his own company that dealt with the landscape. In addition, he joined the National School of Real Estate to undertake Real Estate courses in 2006, as a result of his interest in real estate. Furthermore, together with his ex-wife Melody Holt, they Holt & Holt Entrepreneurship, LLC in 2009, which deals with clients’ asset management. In addition, he is also a member of the Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity.Inc. Together with his ex-wife, they co-authored a book titled The 9 to 5 Entrepreneur: Twelve Questions to Consider Before Taking the Leap which is available on his personal website.
