Eventually, Delux Beauty caught the attention of Avon, a multinational cosmetics and skincare company. Avon hired Jillian as its Global Creative Color Director. For the next six years, she crafted numerous products in collaboration with Avon. In 2013, she ventured into the jewelry designing business and launched Jillian Dempsey Jewelry.
