How to play co-op in Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga
Unlike other games, Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga it does not allow you to choose to play co-op via a menu option before you start. This can lead to confusion as to how you can play co-op, or even if it’s an option. Here’s a step-by-step guide to get you and your partner started on a new journey in the Star Wars universe.
Step 1: Go to the episode selection screen. Here you can choose which of the three film trilogies you want to start playing, either in episode I, IV.either VII. Choose the one you like the most and start the game.
Step 2 – After the intro cinematic is over and you can start playing, have the other player press Beginning in your controller.
Step 3: The game will automatically split the screen and another player will join you immediately.
Step 4: Play as long as you want! Another player can even guess Beginning another time and select Leave from the menu to instantly return to single player gameplay. However, you can only play with a maximum of two players.
Can you play cooperative online?
The sad answer is no. Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga it does not support any online multiplayer, which means you must be in the same house and have two controllers to play co-op properly. No Lego title has ever had online co-op before, so it’s a shame this latest and most ambitious game doesn’t allow people to team up against the Sith from different locations.
